Dear All,

I have following questions in mind. Please answer if you know....

1) What are further study options after completing AMIE? - ME/ M TECH/ MBA??
2) Does M Tech degree can be done through Correspondence/ Part time/ Full time?
3) If someone wishes to do double specialization after passing Sec B in a particular stream - Can he/ she appear for Section B for desired specialization directly?

Thanks & regards,

Unmesh

Yes, its simple in AMIE,
1. Need to re-appear the paper which u got less than C grade in Section A
2. Can skip all the common papers in section B... thats it..

Yes u can go for Mtech, MBA,,through GATE & CAT.
Even IEI is offering Mtech for few branch.

2) Does M Tech degree can be done through Correspondence/ Part time/ Full time?

Yes,,,i dont hv the details of universities but i am sure u can do Part time or correspodence.

3) If someone wishes to do double specialization after passing Sec B in a particular stream - Can he/ she appear for Section B for desired specialization directly?

Yes,,,he/she need not have to reappear common paper again.
If u go from Mech to Production u have to appear only 3 papers.passing 3 subjects only u'll get another Bachlor's degree.

For a person who wishes to appear in additional branch, he should

1) For additional branch in AMIE no need of appear for Section - A once again in any case if he secured a final pass in section-A earlier irrespective of marks he scored.
2) He register for additional branch and may get exemptions by sending request for same subjects those he studied in earlier branch.
3) He should complete project work and laboratory experiments whatsoever prescribed in the new branch.

Thanks,
shan

Hi,
You can take admissions for MBA , M-Tech and even do it with correspondence.Stop worrying about that everything will be clear once you start to climb.
Best of Luck!

hi vishal

AMIE is widely accepted in all university abroad.. but its better to get your certificates evaluated by the organisation recognised by the unversity your applying for...
First, make clear which universities your planning for doing MS. go through university websites and figure out the ceredential evaluation organisation they accept.. then get your ceredentials evaluated by the most preferred one...

First try to understand the education structure in USA.. its very important...
i seen some USA and UK universities recognise indian 3 year diploma with good experience to be eligible for MS courses///
So everything depends on the University...
