As per my knowledge if you have not done diploma in any engineering discipline you have to prepare for all ten subjects under section A without exemption.
Good Luck !!

Hi Kartheesan,
I don't think the order of subjects to be cleared has been mentioned anywhere in IE's rules. Choose subjects which are easy to you and which are inter related (i.e subjects which have dependency on each other) so that you can cover them comfortably.

Hi friends
I can guide you whatever I experienced. First I need to know whether you have coaching in all these subjects. If so you can select any subjects. Otherwise better you choose 1) Computing and Informatics 2) Engineering Physics and Chemistry 3) Fundamental of design n manu.4) Engineering Drawing and Graphics

Computing will looks tough if u are not practicing daily for programms.
Fundamental is simplest one.

1) Computing and Informatics: - I will give you two three tips. a) you should study simple programs in C & C++ (If you are computer science +2 holder, it will be very simple) b)you should study the simple mathematical chapters in Group A throughly c) Main syntaxes using in C languages d) One question is sure about the computer memories (External,Internal).

2) Engineering Physics and Chemistry:- i hope you have enough foundation and as you are a plus two holder, these languages will be simple.jain brother will cover syllabus of paper or can choose books suggest by AMIE.

4) Engineering Drawing and Graphics: Don't fear when you are hearing the title of this subject. Because this will be the one of the simplest paper in your Section A. If you have a good base in Mathematics II paper in SSLC (Kerala syllabus), you can attend this subject withour fear. Actually if you are above average student, you can study yourself.

Refer paper solution for all papers.
Best of luck

Regards
Rakhi j
