Regarding Certificate Attestation for Registration in Bengaluru

(1/1)

RAJEESH:
Hello ladies and Gentlemen,

Myself Rajeesh, DME Holder currently working in a private firm tried to get registered for Amie through IEI center Bengaluru. Problem is where, a supporter required to get my certificates attested for filing application. IE person suggesting to wait in their office so that somebody may come and can get the certificate attached but I didn't met any person there. My friend also went there for the same cause and he also returned without meeting anybody. According to me IEI should appoint somebody at their branches to attest or they should accept any Gazetted officer attestation rather than searching for a supporter by an applicant.

Hi Rajeesh,

A couple of weeks before only, I got my certificates attested by one of the Supporters (FIE) in IEI-KSC.

There are only two officers who can sign. One is Honorary Secretary and the other officer is the Chairman. Both are very honest enough to sign.

The way you have to approach is that between Tuesday and Friday after 03:00P.M, please go meet Mr. Chandrasekar (AMIE coordinator) in the first floor (Library). He will prepare the certificates set (duplicates with respective originals) and take you to one of the above mentioned officers. Then, the officer will sign after checking it. But, make sure the following before meeting up Mr. Chandrasekar.

1) Fill the form correctly (in case of any doubt, just leave it blank and ask Mr. Chandrasekar)
2) Take photocopies of the certificates mentioned with originals
3) Take Demand Draft
4) Please do not approach the office staff (you will get wrong direction only. Mr. Chandrasekar has been appointed to take care of coordinating with Students.
5) Approach respectfully
6) Pay attention to Point no. 4 & 5

Most probably, Honorary Secretary only will sign.

All the very best!

RAJEESH:
Thank you Very much Mr. Durai for your valuable reply. Actually I met the same librarian  like you said, but he has told me to wait until a Amie holder comes to office. He never told me about the senior officer available there. By the way I will approach him again for attestation. Let see what happens.
Once again thanking you.
