Title: Regarding senior technician membership
Post by: SatyajitSen on March 02, 2016, 01:49:47 PM
I am a student of diploma engineering, currently in my final semester.
I understand that I'll be eligible for AMIE once I complete my diploma engineering course, however, there are a few questions I have.
Would I have to be employed in order to be eligible for senior technician membership?
In case I am employed, and I apply for the senior technician membership, would I be eligible for appearing in Section B exams directly without having to appear for Section A exams?
In case I'm not employed and I just have my diploma, would I not be eligible for the diploma scheme?

Kindly oblige and enlighten me.

After Diploma You need to Complete Sec A to eligible for Sec B.
For membership you doesn't need Employment but basically AMIE is For students who are busy in his/her Career
