Hi Friends, AMIE Students, Particularly Computer Science Students I have written an email to [email protected] all other email addresses regarding "CP-404 Data Structures exam is Completely out of syllabus". You also send same type of email so that they will think again give some grace marks. So number of emails increases, possibility of good reaction can be expected. Lets do it Now.
==========================================
Dear Sir

CP-404 Data Structures exam is Completely (60%) out of syllabus
In the prescribed syllabus it is not mentioned that to implement data structures in any particular programming language. But the Winter 2013 question paper is full of C/C++ functions only. Total number of 10 questions are direct programmes n complicated programs. Questions  are starting "" Write a C/C++ function"" total 10 questions each carrying 10 marks amounting to 100 marks.

You are requested to grant grace marks and save students. And the syllabus is also strictly followed for setting up question papers. So that working students can think of passing IEI Exams.

Looking forward for favorable action please

Thanking you Sir

I don't think there is anything as out of syllabus here. May be the stress on particular programming language mentioned here could be a bit odd from students point of view as its nowhere mentioned in the syllabus. But any data structure syllabus (from any university) would usually use either C or C++ to show the implementation. Nowadays Java is also being used as its recommended by some universities. IE may not accept this as a criteria to give grace marks in my view.

If a person who is comfortable to use Java to show the implementation could claim about this stress given on language in question paper.
