and also what is the meaning of A[b]ppearance in additional subject by

Examination fees for appearing for one exam is 2000 inr for indian nationals either you are appearing for one single subject or even 4, please refer www.ieindia.info/downloads/examination/ for more info

If u want to appear for even 2 subjects or 4 subjects examination fees is considered to be 2000 rs only for appearance, you can visit www.ieindia.info for more information or refer recent technicians journal

What is procedure to fill online examform and make payment.
As only one month is remained to fill exam form, and by sending via post will cause delay.
Please help

Exam fee is 2000Rs No matter how many subjects you are giving. It is same for one or more than one subjects.
Examination form should be submitted upto 20 April 2012 at Kolkata with DD of 2000 Rs. And this last date 20 April is for whom who have appeared last exam that is winter 2011.

Hey today is 10 April. And last date is 20 April. So you can send by speed post. By speed post it will definately reach. You can also fill exam form online and pay online. You have to go to the site INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERS INDIA.
