I am pawan from bangalore.I have completed sec A in summer 2010. I want to share some steps to increase the stamina of study -
step 1: sheldule ur study hours
step 2: take some regular time intervals in between ur study hours (5-15 mins)
step 3: do shuffle ur subjects, for every 1-2 hours
step 4: go for daily exercies/outdoor games for atleast 1/2 hour either morning or evening
step 5: do provide ur body with min 5-6(continuous) hours sleep for a day
step 6: take proper diet with enough protiens,vitamins and minerals and stop oily, fatty junk food(s).
step 7: above all be concentrated and don't get distracted
