Online payment & send hard copy to IEI

Hi friends,

This is regarding online payment, I have paid exam fees for winter 2010. I dont know that wheter it is safe or not. I asked to IEI centre in chennai, they told me to send your application form along with your online payment details to IEI, Delhi. I am going to send like they told. Can i send this form neither ordinary post nor registered post?
guide me as soon as possible.

I have done online payment last time,,but didn't sent any form,,& its not required also,ensure that you have acknowledment receipt of payment for the future corrospondance.
