How to get grade 'H' ?

Dear members.

Are there any members in this forum who got 'H' grades in AMIE section A Diploma exams.
If yes could you please share with us, how you prepared for the exams and books followed and how to write exams?
Presently I am working, but i can spend 8 hours for daily study. Please share with us.
