dear sir ,
i have submit my form for amie registration on april 2011. now i read my name in descrepencies list . they are informed me to submit balance amount 500 rupees , because fees has been ravised 4800 to 5300. sir plz tell me how i submit balance amount , i have not received any letter till ,on bahalf i can send it . i want to send it immediately that i can eligible for summer 2012 exam . Descrepencies list shows my app. reference no. and DD no. 7544. my email id is "harpalsingh9089@gmail.com"

As IEI said take a draft for Rs.500/- and attach one covering letter stating your details & ref. no of the discrepancy list.

dear sir thanks for information , i have not received any covering letter , can i take print from descrepencies list and then send it . plz tell me what is the whole procedure and what dacuments r needed . is there need to write any application for this. plz tell me its very important for me

hi harpal,
1. Make a demand draft of Rs.500.
2. Write an application to iei stating all ur details. Clearly mention ur old DD no. and app. reference no. and write that u r sending the balance amount of membership vide DD no#### and request them to clear ur name from discrepency list and provide u membership.
3. It will b better if u take a print out of discrepency list, highlight ur name by underlining and then send it.
4. Keep a zerox of draft with u.
