I need help:

1) what is meant by last attempt - when they say C, C, C, D(in last attempt)

2) Want to do production engineering. I want to know - Which is easier to pass - (PR 422 ) Project Management OR (PR 435) Operations Planning and Control. Please suggest me & help me to decide

If you get D in last attempt and having good score in other subjects then you can clear the respective section.
and regarding Selecting subject is as per your knowledge..
