Dear Vaibhav,
This is in your choice what language you can understand easily. But in my opinion, u should prefer Material Science and Metallurgy by O.P. Khanna because all complete syllabus having in it.

How abt AMIE study material , Is it ok if one can study only from AMIE study books ???

You have to consult books, join in study centre & also connected with this forum.
