Hi,
if you are not able to get the form at your local centre, you can send a draft to IEI, kolkatta with respective Demand draft with covering letter(Rs.350/- pls confirm the amount from IEI website).
They will send it to you through post to your communication address.

we can change our exam center only next time while filling exam form
simply by written our desired centres no.

IE website still shows Summer 2011 examination venue address. Are this still valid for Winter 2011? Pl. provide me updated list or just provide address for Chennai centre.

keep in mind that
once you send ur exam form, you cannot make any changes
