Electrical Science AN 210

The recommended Electrical science book in the syllabus is not available in Jalpaiguri. But here are some books on Electrical Engineering. So plz suggest me a easy solution for the book, plz recommend me a good Electrical science book for AN 210. If you have any reference website then plz give me it also.... What is this study circle material? and how can i get it? Is there any membership needed for that purpose? If you plz suggest me some online coaching facilities then it will really help me. thanks and regards subhankar..
