I had paid fees(2600 Rs)through online mode for getting membership ( Associate of IEI), after payment "The payment confirmation receipt" did not generated due to some problems. Also I have not received SMS from IEI. I have got the reference no. for the payment. What should I do now? The site indicates that without receipt the application will be invalid. How can I get my money back or proceed ahead? Do I have to fill up hardcopy of form also after online application and payment? If not, where I have to fix or attach photograph in the form? How should I proceed now? please provide necessary guidelines...thanx in advance...
