Dear All,
I had paid fees(2600 Rs)through online mode for getting membership ( Associate of IEI), after payment "The payment confirmation receipt" did not generated due to some problems. Also I have not received SMS from IEI. I have got the reference no. for the payment. What should I do now? The site indicates that without receipt the application will be invalid. How can I get my money back or proceed ahead? Do I have to fill up hardcopy of form also after online application and payment? If not, where I have to fix or attach photograph in the form? How should I proceed now? please provide necessary guidelines...thanx in advance...

Hi,

You have two options.
1. You can directly contact IEI and provide the reference number and get the details to proceed further.
2. Check your account whether your account got debited or not. If it is debited then wait for 2 days (normally the amount will credited back in 2 days if there was some problem in the transaction.). Then you can decide you can go further or not.

thanks all of u, No body receives calls at IEI headquarters or busy all the time.....They also dont answer the mails also....Is there any no. available through which they can be directly contacted, During what time they receive calls, i called them between 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs.....but no body is there.....
After being Associate of IEI when I can apply for PG Programme?

I also have same problem. Made application for associate on 09.10.2011 Refrence No. 110101599610. Payment reciept hyperlink was showing web error. However I had screenshot of the payment transaction. I mailed to them along with screen shot attachment regarding payment twice but they are not replying. What to do?? Plz guide me ??

Many people having the same issue, even not received the confirmation SMS.
