Other way is Make a Small Donation of 10$ ( less than Rs. 500) . Click on "Get Super Membership". Guide lines for online payment is explained there

Only other option is Make a Donation of 10$ ( less than Rs. 500) . to Get Super Membership. Which is worth for you. Otherwise you have to make 25 valid posts. Please refer rules & regulations for valid posts.
