Composite Subscription ??

Dear Sir/Mam,
What is 'Composite subscription' pointed in NO. 11 in the examination notice. I have got my membership pack October' 11 so what should I do to appear in the summer examinations 2012 ? I have to pay the examination fees of Rs. 2000 as it was depicted in the notice. Are there any extra charges or rules? Once I pay the required fees (Rs. 2000), will I be eligible for the examinations or not?
