Dear friends,

Campus interview is required for candidates who have not been absorbed in any industry. Campus interview is meant for B.Tech or B.E Graduates of any engineering Institute or University. But the point is that at the time of enrollment in IE, the basic criterion of eligibility being the candidate compulsorily to be working in an industry as technical professional. AMIE without experience means that you had submitted a fake certificate of employment at the time of enrollment. Nobody of the Institute is there to crosscheck this and you are not at fault. Since the course AMIE is a non-formal system of engineering education for the employed technical professionals, the question of campus interview for AMIE passout is a square peg in a round hole. That is, it is altogether inappropriate and not realistic. So if any candidate with AMIE holder without any experience will never be considered by any HR management of any organization. Alternatively, if you want to appear in IE Services Examination of UPSC, there is clearly written in the advertisement for the position under subject that a minimum working experiences is compulsory.

So, please forget about the concept of campus interview for AMIE holder. Try to be engaged in any industry immediately. This is fact and dilemma for you all who are pursuing AMIE.
