how to know wheather the section A passed or not and the procedure to admit to the section B.

Hi Rakesh,

Well the results should be about by september and you can check with the local institutes time and again and also on the IEI webiste. The exam results come in grades and A B C D E F alphabets are given marks as with A being highest. You need an average C / 6 G.P.A to pass and the same will be reflected on your result sheet.

For the procedure for admitting to section B, just attach your previous marksheet along with the new forms and fill in the 4 papers (max allowed) that you would like to attempt and send it across to kolkata IEI H.O

You can also contact your local centre and they can guide you in a much better way as well.

Summer 2011 results will be announced on 15th september. you can check your results on www.ieindia.info website. the link will be provided in this website.
Nothing to worry about Section-B, once u have passed Section-A, automatically u will receive marksheet & Section B registration form. all instructions are clearly written. follow the same.

After pass section A .you can appear section B.
result come summer & winter 15 sep & 15 june.

in summer 2011 i gave my last 2 subjects of sec-A .but in my result status is "PASS"!
so i didnt understand,whether i passed in both subjects or not!
pliz reply quickly!
